Who we are

Early-access requests

When you request early access we store the details you submit — name, work email, company, role, team size and any message — together with the country your request came from. We use them only to contact you about StyleFlow. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Storage and retention

Data is stored with Cloudflare in the EU. We delete early-access requests that do not lead to a customer relationship within 24 months, or sooner on request.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@style-flow.app. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Customers

For organisations using the StyleFlow application, customer data is processed under a separate data processing agreement.
