Frequently asked
Does StyleFlow replace our PLM?
No. Keep your PLM for product data — tech packs, BOMs, costing. StyleFlow replaces the spreadsheets you keep alongside it to coordinate who does what, by when, and what is about to slip.
Can we import Excel?
Yes. Upload your production plan as it is — one row per style, your own column names, a date column per milestone. StyleFlow suggests how the columns match, shows exactly what will be imported, and only saves when you confirm.
Do we need to change our existing systems?
No. StyleFlow works on its own and doesn't need a PLM or ERP connection. You can store a PLM or ERP reference on each style to keep them easy to match.
Can we customise workflows?
Yes. Start from the standard design-to-delivery workflow and change steps, durations, owners, approvals and dependencies. Each step is planned backwards from the delivery date. Custom workflows are part of the Professional plan.
Can different departments use StyleFlow?
Yes. Design, development, production and management work from the same plan, but everyone starts from a view that fits their work — a pattern maker sees their next actions, a CEO sees collection health.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. StyleFlow works in the mobile browser today. A focused companion app for approvals and quick updates is designed and on the roadmap — you can try the interactive concept.
Is our company data private?
Yes. Each company's data is strictly separated and every request is checked against the signed-in person's access. Data is stored in the EU on Cloudflare's infrastructure, files are private, and there are no shared passwords — people sign in with a one-time code.
